Treasury Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure the timely processing of payments from multiple sources and their accurate reflection in our accounting system (QuickBooks).

About the Client

Our client is an international technology company with a growing distributed team across multiple locations. The company is focused on building scalable digital products and is currently strengthening its HR function to support business growth, people development, and organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Processing payments through: banking systems, card services, cryptocurrency wallets/platforms.

  • Verifying the accuracy of payment details and amounts.

  • Recording all completed transactions in QuickBooks on the same day.

  • Reconciling balances across banks, cards, and crypto wallets.

  • Monitoring payment statuses and resolving operational issues.

  • Collaborating with the finance and accounting teams on accounting matters.

  • Maintaining organized payment documentation and reports.

  • Operational workload: approximately 35–50 payments per day per employee.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.

  • Experience with bank payments and online payment systems.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.

  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of daily transactions efficiently.

What You Can Expect

  • Full-time employment (5/2 schedule)

  • 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00
