Job Description

We are looking for an SMM / Content Manager who will be responsible for marketing and PR activities, social media content creation, and preparation of materials for sales and partnerships. This role combines creativity, content strategy, AI tools, and analytics to grow brand presence on key platforms.

Our client is a Media agency with roots in creator-driven advertising. They powered hundreds of campaigns through native integrations in short-form content

What You Will Do

Marketing & PR

  • Implementation of marketing and PR strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram.

  • Market, competitor, and trend analysis to find new brand growth opportunities.

Content Creation (Social Media)

  • Preparing content plans.

  • Regular publishing of content (posts, stories, short formats).

  • Packaging news, cases, and product updates.

  • Creating content using AI: videos, posts, stories.

  • Analytics, format testing, and performance growth tracking.

Materials for Sales

  • Preparation and updating of presentations, one-pagers, and commercial proposals.

  • Adapting materials for different sales and partnership needs.

  • Development of advertising and corporate materials (presentations, postcards, business cards).

Additional Tasks

  • Research, finding bloggers, experts, and platforms for publications and collaborations.

  • Preparing lists of partners and contacts for future work.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work quickly, in a structured way, and deliver results.

  • Skills in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Experience with neural networks for creating video, images, and animation.

  • Experience generating complex AI images (product, architectural, conceptual, advertising scenes) — a plus.

  • Ability to adapt content for social media algorithms.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with personnel documentation

  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in fast-growing or international teams
