About the Role
We are looking for a bold, results-driven Sales Manager who goes after every deal with energy and determination. You’ll own the full sales cycle: hunt for new leads, build strong relationships, negotiate hard, and close deals.
This role is for a proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges, pushes deals to the finish line, and is motivated by winning - not just trying.
What You Will Do
Sell marketing services to mid- and large-sized B2B clients (iGaming, betting, agencies, brands).
Find and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Attend international conferences and events.
Craft tailored value propositions for each client.
Manage deals from first contact to contract signing.
Work with CRM, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
What We Are Looking For

1+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS / AdTech / MarTech / iGaming is a strong plus).

Confident English (B2+) - required for working with international B2B clients.

Currently based abroad, able to travel to international conferences and events.

Understanding of how marketing directors, CMOs, and Heads of Acquisition think.

Ability to ask the right questions, not just present the product.

Self-driven, proactive, and accountable for achieving results.
Nice-to-have

Experience selling in iGaming, betting, adult, or crypto, retail, travel, e-commerce, or consumer technology sectors.

Experience managing long sales cycles and custom deals.

Understanding of ROMI, attribution, media mix, and brand demand.
