Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of developing the Affiliate Platform — from defining the strategy and setting tasks to overseeing releases, analyzing performance, and gathering user feedback.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the development of the affiliate platform.

  • Collect and prioritize requirements from affiliates, advertisers, account managers, and tech teams.

  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, CJMs, wireframes, and participate in grooming sessions and QA.

  • Manage the product backlog and make data-driven decisions based on feedback and analytics.

  • Conduct user interviews (affiliates, advertisers) and validate hypotheses.

  • Launch A/B tests and monitor key metrics such as activation, retention, ARPU, and churn.

  • Collaborate closely with development, BI, marketing, and support teams.

  • Ensure transparency of progress by preparing internal documentation and updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:
 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

  • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / CPL models, Sub-ID, postback tracking, and attribution.

  • Ability to work with analytics: basic SQL, A/B testing, dashboards, and product metrics.

  • Experience in writing specifications, creating user stories, and managing the backlog.Strong skills in feature and task prioritization.

  • Experience collaborating with development teams and UX designers.Excellent presentation, synthesis, and communication skills.

  • English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
