 Legal Counsel

Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. You will draft and negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, manage corporate records, and provide legal guidance to internal teams, helping the company grow while minimizing legal risks.

About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing international company with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. The legal team plays a key role in supporting business growth through contract management, corporate structuring, intellectual property protection, and regulatory alignment.

What You Will Do

Regulatory & Operational:

  • Manage online gambling licensing processes, including applications, renewals, and communication with regulators.

  • Review and implement legal changes on the website, Terms & Conditions, and related policies.

  • Draft and negotiate agreements with banks, PSPs, and crypto exchanges.

  • Draft and negotiate agreements with game providers.

  • Provide legal support for onboarding and KYC procedures with financial institutions and game providers.

  • Conduct legal research and support strategic decision-making.
     

What We Are Looking For

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally 5.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.

  • Experience working with contracts, corporate documentation, and licenses.

  • Good communication and business writing skills in English (minimum B2 level).

  • High work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in online gambling (iGaming), fintech, or cryptocurrency.

What You Can Expect

  • Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).

  • 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 9:00–18:00 and 10:00–19:00.
