Head of Data & Analytics
Full Time
Remote
Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Data who is equally strong in strategy and execution. In this role, you will connect real-time data streams with business performance, turning complex analytics into clear, revenue-driving decisions.
You will work closely with founders and key stakeholders, acting as a bridge between data and business - simplifying complex insights, influencing decisions, and building a data-driven culture across the company.
This is a high-impact role where you will architect and scale the data function from the ground up, shaping both the strategy and the structure of the analytics team.
About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing IT service company delivering end-to-end product solutions for partners across multiple industries. As a data-driven organization, they operate a high-load transactional platform and are currently entering an active scaling phase.
With a strong technical foundation already in place - including ClickHouse, Kafka, Airflow, and PostgreSQL - the company is focused on building advanced data capabilities and driving business growth through data and technology.
What You Will Do
-
Organizational Design: Design the structure of the data department and lead the hiring of Product, Marketing, and BI Analysts.
-
Analytical Frameworks: Establish gold standards for analyzing non-linear user lifecycles, focusing on high-frequency behavioral data and real-time triggers.
-
Unit Economics & Incentives: Lead the analysis of promotional efficiency, balancing user incentives (rewards/bonuses) with long-term ecosystem margins.
-
Predictive Strategy: Oversee the development of models for early churn detection, VIP-segment identification, and risk/anomaly patterns.
-
Data Culture & Governance: Act as a strategic partner to C-level and Product leads, ensuring a "Single Source of Truth" for core business metrics across the company.
What We Are Looking For
-
Experience: 5+ years in Data/BI, preferably in High-Load FinTech, Trading, or High-Velocity Entertainment (iGaming/Betting experience is a strong plus).
-
Leadership: Proven track record of scaling a data team (from 2-3 to 10+ people) and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
-
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of complex retention metrics, cohort analysis of volatile revenue streams, and LTV prediction.
-
Tech Literacy: While this is a leadership role, you must be comfortable with our stack (ClickHouse/Airflow) to guide technical decisions and ensure scalability.
Nice-to-Have
-
Experience with ClickHouse.
-
Background in industries such as iGaming, mobile gaming, sweepstakes, ad tech, fintech, and crypto.
-
English level B1+.
What You Can Expect
-
Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).
-
8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00.
-
20 vacation days + 12 paid sick leave days annually.
-
Continuous professional development and training support.
-
Referral bonus program.
-
Direct impact on business strategy and close collaboration with founders.
-
Ownership of data architecture, tools, and team hiring decisions.
-
Access to a modern data stack and high-load infrastructure.
-
Possibility to build and lead your own team.
-
Work with large-scale real-time data and impactful products.
