What You Will Do

Resolve customer requests via chat and tickets.

Keep CRM records and Google Sheets up to date.

Report technical issues and customer feedback to managers.
What We Are Looking For

No Experience? No Problem! We are ready to hire and train the right person. Experience in customer service or 24/7 platforms is a plus, but not required.

English: Good written English and communication skills.

Flexibility: Ready and willing to work a rotating schedule (including day and night shifts).
