Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (or an experienced product leader ready to grow in this role) who will define and execute the vision and product strategy for a portfolio of B2B SaaS solutions targeting the small and medium business segment.

Our client is a product-driven SaaS platform that enables companies to launch and manage loyalty programs, referral systems, and modern customer engagement mechanics.

The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools — from traditional loyalty program solutions to innovative Web3 and tokenization-based technologies — helping companies increase customer engagement, improve retention, and strengthen overall brand value.

What You Will Do

  • Establishing a clear and compelling vision for the product line and aligning it with the overall business goals.

  • Developing a strategy and creating a roadmap that outlines the product's objectives and the steps to achieve them.

  • Market research and analysis for understanding customer needs and market trends.

  • Deciding which features to prioritize to drive sustainable product growth.

  • Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.

  • Building and leading product teams, including product managers and designers.

  • Driving innovation and exploring new product opportunities.

  • Ensuring products meet quality standards and deliver a positive user experience.

  • Partnering with engineering teams to ensure products are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.

  • Effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.

  • Overseeing the product budget and ensuring it aligns with business objectives.

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with product development and launch.

  • Overseeing the implementation of new processes and tools to support product development.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in product leadership at B2B SaaS companies.

  • Expertise in developing, scaling, and managing B2B SaaS products at various stages of their lifecycle (from concept to mass adoption).

  • Experience working with products that require significant customization to specific customer needs (e.g., through APIs or customized solutions).

  • Experience formulating and implementing long-term product strategies with a focus on customer retention, scalability, and innovation.

  • Experience leading a team of product managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and other specialists. Ability to inspire a team and effectively delegate.

  • Ability to build product strategies aimed at long-term partnerships with customers, increasing their loyalty, and increasing growth.

  • Systems thinking and analytics: ability to understand the market, customers, and competitors, and build long-term plans based on data.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with major customers, understand their needs, and translate them into product opportunities.

  • Ability to find new ways to create value for customers and quickly adapt the product to changing conditions.

  • English B2+.

  • Degree in business, technology, or engineering (MBA is a bonus).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Experience with complex, API-driven, or customized products.
