Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on scaling B2B partnerships in iGaming. You will own the full sales cycle, close strategic deals, and drive growth with operators and aggregators in close collaboration with product and tech teams.

What You Will Do

Manage the full sales cycle, including sourcing and acquiring operators and aggregator partners.

Lead commercial negotiations and finalize partnership agreements

Coordinate client integration and onboarding together with technical teams across multiple projects.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.

Update CRM data, track deal flow, and drive upselling opportunities with existing partners and platforms.

Deliver on KPIs for deal volume and onboarding of new aggregators (with future targets including GGR metrics).

Conduct market research and proactively identify new business opportunities within operator and aggregator ecosystems.

Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and partner reports.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and finance teams to ensure seamless partner support.
What We Are Looking For

Years of experience 2+ in business development, partnerships, or sales.

Experience in high-growth markets (trading bots, web3, neobanks, blockchain, AI, gaming/gambling) with a strong understanding of B2B ecosystems and business models.

Proven track record in sales, business development, and negotiations with decision-makers.

Strong understanding of iGaming structure (casino, aggregators, game studios).

Experience working with technical teams (API integrations, basic architecture, agile processes).

Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships

Soft skills aligned with Tech Lead level (ownership, structured thinking, collaboration).

Language skills: English, Upper-Intermediate or higher (required for business communication and negotiations).
Nice-to-have

Willingness to travel and participate in industry events (ICE, SiGMA, SBC, etc.).

Existing network of decision-makers (LPRs) with established contacts in the industry.

Understanding of legal aspects and experience working with contracts.

Technical background is a plus (API integrations, basic understanding of system architecture, and game integration processes).
