Technical Leader

We are looking for a Technical Leader for our client, an iGaming startup working on an innovative product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and maintaining the architecture and technical quality of the games, supporting the team with complex challenges, and integrating advanced architectural systems. This is a key position for someone ready to influence the tech vision and build high-performance solutions from the ground up.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of game project architecture on TypeScript, Node.js, React, Pixi.js.

  • Code quality control and participation in code review.

  • Mentoring a team of backend and frontend developers, assisting in solving complex technical problems.

  • Development and optimization of the backend part (Node.js) with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.

  • Integration of blockchain technologies (smart contracts, Web3 libraries) into game projects.

  • Optimization of existing solutions to increase their efficiency.

  • Interaction with DevOps and QA to improve CI/CD processes and testing.

  • Development of multiplayer solutions with an emphasis on low latency and fault tolerance.

  • Team competency management: training, motivation, development, code review.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the gaming industry.

  • Full Stack development experience: strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, React, Pixi.js.

  • Experience with blockchain: understanding Web3, smart contracts, interaction with Ethereum/BSC/Solana, and/or other blockchains.

  • Experience building game architecture: experience in a previous position as Solution Architect.

  • Deep understanding of backend development: API, databases, caching, scaling.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Solidity, Rust.

  • Experience setting up servers, working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
