Responsibilities:

Affiliate Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new affiliates by providing them with necessary information, materials, and support.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their questions or concerns.

Marketing Support: Provide support to affiliates by supplying them with marketing materials, promotional assets, and campaign updates.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that affiliate promotions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand's messaging and values.

Traffic Analysis: Analyze partner traffic to provide optimal solutions for performance improvement.

Attracting New Partners: Attract new webmasters and partners to our Affiliate Network.

Partner Development: Increase the turnover of partners through scaling, motivation, and performance enhancement strategies.

Event Participation: Participate in specialized events, including international ones, to establish partnerships.

Team Supervision: Oversee and mentor junior and middle affiliate managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Leadership and Strategy: Lead the affiliate team in implementing strategic plans and managing the budget.

Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of managers, providing guidance and oversight.
Requirements:

2+ years experience in this position (or similar).
-
English B2 or higher.
-
Experience in Affiliate management.

Traffic Source Types Basics: SEO, PPC, ASO, email, etc.

Affiliate Partnership Models: RS, CPA, Hybrid and Flat Fee.

Content Marketing.
-
Data Analysis.
-
Conversion Rate Optimization.

Affiliate Tracking Platforms.
-
CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
-
Market Research.

Basic Graphic Design.

Marketing Budget Planning.
Tools:
