Retention Manager

We are looking for a talented Retention Manager who is ready for new challenges. If you understand CRM, love analytics and want to influence the company's strategic decisions - go on a journey with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute retention campaigns including bonuses, tournaments, and multi-channel communications (email, push, SMS, messengers) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Build monthly retention plans and funnels aligned with different stages of the player lifecycle.

  • Conduct segmentation and personalization to deliver relevant offers to the right target audiences.

  • Analyze key metrics (LTV, ARPU, churn, retention rate, bonus rate), generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and prepare actionable insights.

  • Coordinate tasks across content, design, and product teams to ensure quality implementation.

  • Collaborate with product managers to introduce new retention tools and mechanics.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Retention/CRM.

  • Deep understanding of the player lifecycle in online gaming.

  • Hands-on experience launching multi-channel campaigns: email, push, SMS, in-app.

  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with key CRM metrics.

  • Experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing results.

  • Task management skills, good communication, and ability to work well in a team.

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics.

  • Understanding of gamification mechanics.
