Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a QA professional with hands-on experience in game testing, preferably within the iGaming industry.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive QA strategies focused on online game testing, ensuring gameplay quality, mathematical correctness, UI/UX consistency, and compliance with specifications.

You will collaborate closely with Game Developers, Product Managers, and Designers, lead and mentor the QA team, and ensure high-quality releases of game products across web and mobile platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute detailed game test plans, test cases, and gameplay scenarios

  • Perform manual testing of online games

  • Validate game logic, bonus mechanics, RTP-related functionality, and edge cases

  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools

  • Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira

  • Perform regression, smoke, functional, and exploratory testing of game features

  • Test across platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and browsers

  • Verify game performance, UI/UX behavior, animations, and responsiveness

  • Analyze game specifications and math documentation in collaboration with Product

  • Estimate testing efforts for game releases and feature updates

  • Lead and mentor QA team members within game projects

  • Ensure full test coverage before release to staging/production environments

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in QA with proven experience in game testing

  • Experience testing online casino games, slot games, sportsbook, or similar products

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and game development lifecycle

  • Experience writing test documentation specifically for game mechanics

  • Familiarity with game math validation and bonus logic testing

  • Experience with Jira and bug tracking systems

  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)

  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing

  • Ability to use DevTools for debugging web-based games

  • English level B1/B2 or higher

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in iGaming

  • Experience testing RNG-based games

  • Understanding of certification processes (GLI or similar)

  • Experience working with staging and demo environments

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for validation purposes

What You Can Expect

  • Full-time employment (5/2 schedule)

  • 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00
