Project Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining alignment across teams. You will work closely with various departments such as content, creative, product, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and content projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Lead and manage marketing projects using tools such as Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace to create tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, editors, translators, designers, and product managers to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

  • Content & Campaign Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of content-related tasks, ensuring they meet company objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content adheres to the established brand guidelines, style guides, and marketing goals. Coordinate proofreading, editing, and final review processes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, changes, and risks, while managing expectations to ensure alignment across teams.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze current project workflows and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
     

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in project management..

  • Multitasking: Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Content Process: Knowledge of content creation from planning to execution, including collaboration with copywriters, designers, and translators.

  • Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills across functions.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

  • Analytical Mindset: Track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
     

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack..

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Crypto or iGaming products.

  • Digital marketing team, IT company, or creative agency.
