Customer Support with knowledge of English

The position provides a convenient work schedule and the opportunity to practice English and improve communication skills. We are looking for a person interested in long-term cooperation who is willing to respond to customer requests and solve product problems with the team. An analytical mindset and creative approach will come in handy.

Location: Moldova, Chisinau

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.

  • Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.

  • Consider complaints.

  • Report technical and other problems to your manager.

Requirements:

  • Similar work experience will be a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • High level of spoken and written English.

  • Possibility to work from the office 5/2.
