CRM & Campaign Manager 

We are looking for a CRM & Campaign Manager for sports to manage the full lifecycle of sports-themed CRM campaigns. In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze campaigns aligned with sporting events, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize engagement, ROI, and customer retention.

You will collaborate closely with analysts, content specialists, and brand teams to generate campaign ideas, validate concepts, and ensure seamless execution while respecting existing CRM strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering measurable results for sports-focused audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle management of sports-themed CRM campaigns: ideation, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.

  • Calendar planning: tracking sporting events, predicting peak and low periods, and pre-planning campaigns around key dates.

  • Campaign ideation and validation: generating campaign concepts, assessing market relevance and feasibility, and validating ideas based on seasonality, target audience, and projected margin.

  • Competitive analysis: researching competitor offers, mechanics, and visuals; identifying best practices and avoiding pitfalls.

  • Data analysis & forecasting: collaborating with analysts to obtain ROI calculations, risk assessments, and engagement projections; leveraging past campaign data and market research.

  • Campaign development: defining campaign mechanics, terms, and conditions; coordinating with stakeholders; briefing content specialists.

  • Campaign execution: task management, deadline adherence, and ensuring timely delivery of "turnkey" campaigns to brands.

  • Post-campaign analysis: initiating performance reviews with analysts, collecting key metrics (open rate, click rate, churn/upsale), identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Brand integration: seamless collaboration with brands, respecting existing CRM strategies, and adapting communication style as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and analytical tools.

  • Understanding of marketing principles, including ROI, and budgeting.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • English skills B1.
