Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a long-term financial strategy for the company that meets its business goals.

• Financial planning and budgeting, analysis of financial performance.

• Monitoring the company's financial condition, risk management, and ensuring financial stability.

• Managing the company's financial resources, optimizing costs, and increasing the efficiency of capital use.

• Preparing financial statements in accordance with international standards or local legislation.

• Interaction with auditors, banks, and investors.

• Managing the team of financial specialists.

• Development and implementation of financial control and management systems.

• Participation in the company's strategic planning.

 

Requirements:

​

• 5+ years in senior finance roles (CFO / Head of Finance).

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated digital industries.

• Strong knowledge of key metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV/CAC, payout ratios.

• Track record in international reporting (IFRS), licensing, and crypto payments.

• Leadership, strategic mindset, negotiation & communication skills.

• Fluent English (C1+).
