Our client, a product company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a Casino Manager. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and optimize performance to ensure growth, player retention, and brand scalability.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams, scale operations, and drive product launches across multiple departments.

• Define and communicate strategic goals, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and business units.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital product and brand launches - from concept development to market scaling.

• Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring consistency with the overall company strategy.

• Develop and implement monetization strategies and user retention initiatives to optimize customer lifetime value.

• Analyze product performance, user engagement, and business metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies and assess competitive and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and support licensing processes across global jurisdictions.

 

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in product leadership, operations, or strategy roles in iGaming.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in regulated industries or global markets is a strong advantage.
