We are looking for an Affiliate Business Development professional who will focus on building and expanding partnerships with affiliates, networks, and marketing teams. This role is about developing the affiliate ecosystem, testing collaboration models, and improving partner onboarding — not about managing or buying traffic. Key Responsibilities:

​

• 2+ years of experience. 

• Launching global offers, testing creatives and collaboration model formats.

• Development and testing of new creatives for the affiliate program and product.

• Optimization of the onboarding process for new partners and acceleration of launch.

• Attracting new partners (webmasters, affiliate marketers, networks), reactivating inactives, and offering new terms of cooperation with partners.

• Developing new partnership channels, working with initiatives, and testing new hypotheses for working with partners.

 

Requirements:

​

• Affiliate admin panel.

• Analytical tools within the company.

• Knowledge of AI and working with Telegram bots.

• English B1.

• Business development experience.
